Summary: the extensions run locally and we collect no personal data.
1. Controller
Mariona Casadevall Bayà (NIF 46362516J), C/ Cabanassa 337, Prats i Sansor, 25721 Lleida, Spain. Contact: [email protected].
2. The extensions
Long-chat Speed Fix runs only on chatgpt.com, claude.ai and gemini.google.com and hides older message elements in your own browser. It does not read, store or send what your conversations say. Settings (including per-chat preferences keyed by the chat ID from the URL) stay in chrome.storage on your device or your browser's own sync.
Chat Export reads the open conversation only when you click export, converts it inside your browser and saves it to your Downloads folder or clipboard. It makes no network requests. A Pro license key is stored locally and verified offline. PDF exports are held in temporary session storage for a moment and then deleted.
Neither extension contains analytics, tracking, ads or remote code, and we run no servers that receive your chats. Both extensions work fully locally and make no network requests. Pro license keys (including Long-chat monthly and lifetime keys) are checked offline with a cryptographic signature and are never sent anywhere.
3. Payments
Purchases are processed by Stripe, acting as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment, billing and tax data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to deliver and support your license (e.g. email, product, license status). We never see your full card details.
4. This website
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no trackers and no external fonts or scripts. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Email
If you email us, we use your message only to reply, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Spain: AEPD, aepd.es). Write to [email protected].
7. Changes
We will publish any changes here with a new date.
